The Kansas Education Enrichment Program (KEEP) provides qualifying parents and guardians with a $1,000 award per eligible student to pay for a variety of educational goods and services that promote learning!
Kansas families are invited to apply for these funds at www.keep.ks.gov There is no cost to apply or to participate in the program, and multiple students per household can enroll.
Students may use KEEP funds for things like:
Camps for subjects related to academic/school curriculum
Language classes
Instrument and vocal lessons, including instrument purchase or rental
Tutoring services
Curriculum materials, school supplies, and various technology
Would you consider encouraging your PTA, school-sponsored camps, tutors, and others on campus to learn more about the program and apply?

Online Enrollment is scheduled to close August 2. We will start finalizing class rosters and bus routes shortly thereafter. Complete and prompt form submission will make it easier to be fully prepared for the first day of school. Reminder that elementary meet the teacher night is August 14 as well as 7th grade orientation. Buys drivers will be on site to review bus routes with families. There accuracy depends on enrollment forms being complete and timely submitted. Anyone that needs help with completing the forms are welcome to come to the school building during regular school hours. Instructions to complete the forms online can be located on the front page of our website under the News sections. Returning parents will use the PowerSchool Parent Portal. The countdown has started, 23-24 school year is right around the corner. It will be a great year to be a Trojan.,

Southeast of Saline High School Cheer attended UCA Cheer Camp at Kansas Wesleyan in Salina June 5-8. The team placed 4th with their Camp Routine and were also named the Most Improved team during the time at camp. The team also had 2 individuals recognized during camp, Asiah Johnson won the camp’s jump contest and Josie Leeds was chosen as one of the strong leaders of the camp. Congratulations to the team on the great start to the year.
