Mobile devices (cellular phones, iPods, Kindles, Nooks, iPads, Netbooks, Smart Watches, etc.) can be valuable learning tools. Students are not permitted to use personal electronic devices during the school day unless the classroom teacher gives permission. If a student uses a device without staff permission, the device will be turned over to the staff member and brought to the office to be returned to the student or parent at the end of the day. Cell phones, Smart watches, and other electronic devices will be kept in the student’s book bag during the school day.
Filtered and monitored internet access is provided when the student connects to our wireless network. If students bring a mobile device to school, the school is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft.
