SES Elementary focuses on a different character trait each month. The classes learn the definition and how to these words are important for us as being a member of a community. The mission is for these words to expand their emotional vocabulary, improve self-regulation, build social awareness and empathy, foster effective communication, and promote responsible decision-making.

We had our first GLOW ALL OUT Trojan Pride assembly today! Mrs. Hodges introduced our first word of the month -- courage! Special thank you to Sergeant Greg Beaulieu for sharing how courage is displayed in his profession. We also enjoyed some fun minute to win it games with our 5th grade teachers! HS Volleyball Jamboree at Minneapolis today.

We are so excited about our new partnership with our JH/HS and Elementary schools called Trojans Together. We will be on a Facebook Live today at 2:30 to talk more about it. Hope to see you then!

All three kindergarten classes were blessed with a guest reader today! Mrs. Linda Everhart shared the story, My Mouth is a Volcano. The kindergarten students had fun posing with their mouths open like a volcano!

FCCLA officers spent 2 days in Manhattan at the Take Aim Conference planning community service and leadership projects.

Thanks to Mr. Minneman for sharing knowledge and ideas with the Intro to Officiating students from an Athletic Director's perspective. Thanks to Mr. Stumpf as well for sharing ideas from a Superintendent's point of view with the class today. #kshsaa #refreps

Fall HS Sports Schedules

Junior High Tech Lab students have started learning about and using our 3D printers to print objects. Thanks again to the Greater Salina Community Foundation for providing the 3D printers last year through a grant.
