
The girls opened up a strong first quarter lead behind the shooting of Reagan but the Lions came roaring back. It was close when they played in the Purple Palace and it looks to be competitive tonight as well.

SES Booster club honors this year’s SuperBooster with a plaque awarded at tonight’s games. For his continued support and commitment to SES even after his children have graduated the award went to Ron Kogler. His family joined him on the floor tonight for the presentation. Thank you for all you do for Southeast programs.

10 ses students participating in league honor band at Beloit under direction of Dr. Frank Tracz, director of bands at KSU.


C-team boys win the tournament at SV tonight.


On Friday, February 3rd, the high school jazz band traveled down to Hutchinson, KS for the HCC "Bryce Luty" Jazz Festival.
The high school jazz band had a performance on the main stage of Hutchinson Community College, followed by a clinic with one of the guest clinicians/artists.
It was a great learning experience for all of the students involved. Hannah Blevins (trumpet) and Matthew Redden (tenor sax) were even given Outstanding Soloist awards.

2nd Semester Elementary STUCO met for the first time today! These students were elected by their classmates to represent their homerooms: Janie, Paisley, Maisa, Baylor, Avery, Brynlee, Grayson, Charlee, Ryker, Jack, and Jace. Joseph (president), Addie (vice president), Caden (secretary), and Olivia (historian) will be leading the meetings this semester!
Fun fact - 2 sets of family siblings were elected to STUCO this semester!
