The Greater Salina Community Foundation presented their Scholarship Bootcamp to our seniors. Their topics included: how to find scholarships, applying for scholarships, resume building, interviewing tips, writing thank you cards, what to expect your first year in college, and more! They also choose one lucky participant to earn a $1,000 scholarship. Congratulations goes out to Jacob Tonne!! 7th grade students in the Drones class leaned how to use Tinkercad to develop and 3D print a payload carrier for the drones. Thanks to the Greater Salina Community Foundation and specifically the L.P. (Pat) Mullen Fund for providing 3D printers through a GSCF grant.
