Did you know that Southeast of Saline offers a free early childhood program to families that live in our district and have an infant, toddler, or preschooler? Our Parents as Teachers program would love to partner with your family to provide home visits and connection events with fun activities for your family to do together, promoting healthy development during the first five years of life. As part of home visits, our program provides health, hearing, vision, and developmental screenings to make sure that your child is developing on track. If there are concerns, we can connect you with additional resources.

The 7th and 8th grade classes honored Veterans today by attending the Veterans Day Service at Sunset Park. Following the service, they had a chance to thank Veterans and see the Saline County War Memorial. They also got to enjoy some hot chocolate, which was offered to those in attendance, after the service.
