Adam Thiel has been selected as our athlete/activity member of the month for May. Adam is a junior at SES and the son of Janelle and Andrew Thiel. He is involved in football, basketball, golf, music and FFA. His favorite thing about SES is the people. He likes the calming and inviting environment. He says it makes you fell like you belong. One of his greatest achievements is going to the state golf tournament as a sophomore and getting 1 division ratings at state music. He is also proud to be part of the state championship football team. His nominator stated "Adam is a dedicated varsity golf team member and active participant in Madrigals and Concert Choir. Adam consistently demonstrates excellence and determination in his activities - earning a first division rating on his state vocal solos, all while maintaining strong academics, a positive attitude, and great friendships." In the future, Adam plans to attend Kansas State-Salina and pursue a career in aviation. His advice to others to get involved is to "Just go for it! Don't worry about what other people think! Congrats Adam!
