USD 306 Southeast of Saline

Mr. Minneman is the October Staff Member of the Month.  This is Mr. Minneman's second year at at SES in the role of athletic director and assistant principal.  His favorite thing about SES is the culture and pride that the students and staff have at Southeast of Saline.  Mr. Minneman says his greatest achievement at SES is being names the staff member of the month by his peers.  Mr. Minneman is married to his wife Jamie and they have two children, McKenna who attends Kansas Wesleyan University and Kendall who is a junior at SES.  He graduated from Sterling College with his bachelor's degree and received his master's degree from Emporia State.  Mr. Minneman's message to students is "Don't be afraid to try something and possibly fail.  "Winners are not afraid of losing, but Losers are.  Failure is part of the process of success.  People who avoid failure also avoid success"  He passionately believes in this quote from Robert T. Kiyosaki.   Congratulations to Mr. Minneman!
