Diehl Forsberg is the Southeast of Saline High School Student of the Month. Diehl is a freshman at SES and the son of Derek and Sara Forsberg. His favorite thing about SES is how small the school is and how everyone knows everyone in the school. When asked about his greatest achievement, he stated it was benching 225 his freshman year and making KMEA both years in junior high. Diehl is involved in both band and jazz band. His nominator stated that “he is the kind of person who represents SES because of his successes as well as how he treats others. He is always polite and kind, consistently showing respect to everyone around him. Diehl is quick to jump in and help anybody out, never hesitating when someone is in need. He pushes himself to achieve at the highest level, always striving to be the best version of himself.” In the future, Diehl hopes to bench 705 by his senior year and be a CEO of a successful business.
