Ava Rupert has been selected as our activity member of the month for Southeast of Saline high school. Ava is a senior at SES and the daughter of Ashley and Brent Rupert. Her favorite thing about SES is the opportunity and execution of connectivity between the grade levels. She fells this bring a unique sense of community. Ava is involved in Choir, Madrigals, Drama and FCCLA where she serves as the district president and chapter secretary. One of her proudest achievements was the K-12 Trojans Together program that she and Faith created last year through FCCLA. Her nominator said the following about Ava "Ava has taken on the role of District FCCLA president as well as our local chapter officer and has gone above and beyond what is expected of her. She is very organized and a strong and effective leader." In the future, she plans to attend Kansas State University in Manhattan to major in Biology and continue into their physician assistant program. Her advice to others is to "join what genuinely interests you, try new things, find your niche and give it your all." Congrats Ava!
