USD 306 Southeast of Saline

Sam Watkins has been selected as our Student of the Month for December at Southeast of Saline Junior High. Sam is an 8th grader at SES and the son of Beth and Jeff Watkins. His favorite thing about SES is that our school is small and that he knows everyone. He feels like we are one big family. Sam said that getting chosen as the student of the month is on of his greatest achievements. Sam is involved in football, track and currently serves as the manager for JH basketball. When being nominate, his nominator said "Sam is a very polite and respectful young man who has kicked butt in JH football". In the future, Sam hopes to be a lawyer or a police officer. Congrats Sam!
