2024-2025 Out-of-District Application Process:

According to state statute, the window for Out-of-district applications for the 2024-25 school year will be from June 1-30, 2024. The application process is strictly regulated now by the State of Kansas legislature so a new policy has been adopted by our board to be in compliance with the new law.

THE FORM BELOW IS NOT AN APPLICATION, but rather a form to allow parents to express their intent to apply during the June open enrollment window. Please complete the Google Form, providing information on each student you wish to enroll.

On June 1st, 2024, the Official USD 306 Out of District Application will be emailed to the email address provided and posted to our website in this location. The official number of available slots in each grade level will be posted to our website the first week of May.

Applications will be accepted June 1st - 30th, 2024. If the number of applications exceeds the number of available slots then the law dictates we do a random drawing for who will be allowed to enroll. Notifications will be made by July 15, 2024.

This is strictly for new out-of-district students. Current USD 306 students who reside out of district are not subject to this process. Current and new out of district students will be allowed to continue attending as long as they are "in good standing" according to the criteria set in policy.
