I started my career in education in 2000 and I was welcomed to Southeast of Saline in 2019 as the 7-12 Career and Guidance Counselor. I’ve taught all levels of mathematics from 7th-grade math all the way up to Calculus, and I’ve even taught College Algebra and Plane Trigonometry for KSU. I’m a graduate of Kansas State University where I obtained my B.S. in Secondary Education (mathematics, computers, and coaching) and my two M.S. degrees from Baker University (Arts in Education and School Leadership). My husband is a scrap metal artist and bus driver for SES and we have three great kiddos! Together we also own Blue Barn Door {studio}, a DIY custom sign shop.
